We spent Phase 1 building our foundation. Organizational infrastructure, role designs, surveys, “website”, recruitment processes, team structure. That work is done.
Now we're in Phase 2: Research & Co-creation. We’re learning what keeps people stuck, what liberation movements need, and how content creators can mobilize their audiences. We’re also attracting co-creators with transferable skills (web development, data organization, project coordination, design, strategy, grant writing) who can help us build the infrastructure and campaigns that move people from overwhelm to participating in liberation.
Phase 3 comes later: Once we understand the landscape, we'll launch campaigns that connect people with alternatives and make liberation impossible to miss.
We're gathering insights from three groups:
People newly aware of oppressive systems who want to participate in liberation but feel stuck in overwhelm or don’t know where to start
Content creators talking about liberation who want to support their audiences in moving from awareness to embodied practice
Liberation spaces building alternatives who need more visibility and participation
What we're learning:
Why it matters: We're not guessing what people need. We're asking, listening, and building based on what we learn. All research findings will be shared openly for the movement, with participant identities protected. For everyone fleeing empire, for all building new worlds, and for those protecting collective wellbeing and future generations.
We're building databases of liberation spaces and content creators across multiple areas:
The goal: When someone asks, "How do I find mutual aid in my area?" or "Which worker co-ops are hiring?" or "Where can I learn about land back movements?", we'll have answers that connect them with real communities doing this work.

Once we complete our research, we'll create:
